Get Support Now - Do not use unless instructed to do so by an OfficePCs staff member

Follow the 3 easy steps when instructed to connect to an OfficePCs Support professional:
As OfficePCs also provides IT support services, this service is supplied on a paid per use basis.
  1. Click here to connect to OfficePCs Support
  2. Choose Run. You may have to choose Run twice (and allow if running Vista)
  3. Make sure nothing private is displayed on the screen and Double click the support personnel's name

When finished:

  1. We will close the session or
  2. You can close the session any time you want by clicking on the OfficePCs icon in the system tray (bottom right hand corner) and choose close.

  • Microsoft Server & Workstation. Primarily we support Microsoft Server and Workstation technologies and all the applications that our clients require to perform their daily business
  • E-mail and Internet:-
    • OfficePCs staff will make it easy for you to get connected and to stay connected, this includes all contact with your ISP,.configuring firewalls etc.
    • E-mail is such a critical component of almost all businesses that it is important that up-time is maintained and full access is maintained at all times.
    • If you POP (use your ISPs mail server) or have your own (Exchange) mail server, we can explain the differences between both and maintain both methods.
  • Hardware requirements and faults.
    • We can recommend and supply new quality hardware at competitive prices as required.
    • If faulty we will liaise with the product manufacturer to gain a timely resolution
  • Office Applications including:
    • Microsoft Office
    • Specialized client applications. We will work with your software vendor to get the product operational asap
  • Protect your data from:
    • Virus activity - there are some great inexpensive products that help protect your PCs and Servers and therefore your data from viruses
    • Unauthorized external attacks - firewalls etc help protect you from hackers
    • Loss of data - Can you recover from accidental or deliberate deletion of files and email
  • Support
    • Often problems can quickly and inexpensively be resolved remotely - we usually have access to our clients servers remotely and can resolve many issues in a timely manner without the additional time cost of travelling on-site to investigate and rectify
    • On-site - Given that we cover hardware and software and the relationship with the user, we usually find it easier to personally visit the site, talk to the user and see in a more direct manner the issue and rectify.
